My 'character card' (don't know how it's called, it's the banner you see in party menu) shows I'm sharpshooter level 2, which is correct. But in the stronghold when I select Sharpshooter and enter skills menu it shows me as level 1 and I can't select a level 2 perk.

Am I missing something? Are single player and multiplayer levels separate?

This game needs more jet bombers, North American B-45 Tornado with Grand Slam and Tu-16 with FAB-9000 above everything else.

In arcade and realistic, sure. In sim, however...they gonna BANG. Ever tried sinking aircraft carriers and one-shotting bases with Yak-28B's (9.3 br!) FAB-3000M-54 or destroying bases and static ground with ease and running away from the majority of possible interceptors in a Canberra...in air sim?
That mode is the haven for almost all bombers available in the game and the reason they still exist. However, giants like Tu-95, B-52, the British V-trio...I doubt they'd be playable even there These are flying piñatas without escort for real.

Game needs a single button, preferably in the startup screen before you load a save, that instantly accomplishes all jobs across the entire map (under the time bonus), repairs all your equipment, and displays the total earnings.

Game is utterly unplayable without this.

I was critical of the contacts at first too, but early game most of your contacts are street level.
A drug dealing cybernetics street splicer that works out of their home in the sewer of partially-derelict fortress city is going to be an odd looking character, same with the street gang bosses and cartels, some of whom even have cyberpunk-dystopia cult belief backgrounds.
The aesthetic has kinda grown on me over time, more of whatever they're building is good on that end. I'm not too hung up on it but I didn't like the contacts at first either. I'm surprised more players don't default to getting rid of Octane. That chick was obviously bad news but Ghouls not much of an improvement, and of the corporations, Werner-Braun is pretty sketch, Blue Star is corrupt as hell. No opinion of McKellan, they seem to be my teams favorite punching bag though so far.
The indies are my relatable contacts. They're cool.
