If you need to ask this I can't explain it to you.
Let me explain it to you then.
First of all, speed up time and slow down time is not possible. Unless, you want the game world to be in "fast forward" or "slow motion". Point: farm shed workers do need to work the field. If they were not, then it could be simpler since all workers now produce on a time base.

For instance I dont like that when you sleep it is like that day(period of time) never happened. I still want villagers to have needs even if I sleep all day. That shouldn't be change their requirements. Currently if you set a game to 30 day seasons and sleep on second day villagers only need food for the 2 days you are awake instead of the full 30 days. I would prefer the the time to still progress normally.
When you go to sleep, all calculation for need end. Going to sleep just mean ending the day (or season) just like ending the turn. So, villagers' need such as food, water and fuel should also end. Besides, you can't sleep during work hour anyway, and villagers don't have need while they are sleeping. Needs will be calculated on a daily basis, 3-days or 30-days.

I really want the to give a setting to disable all the teleporting. I want villagers to really have to go resource storage, get water, food, Taking the wagon would be better if time passed by during travel instead of teleporting .

Make all objects physical instead of having stacks of 30 logs in your pocket and so that when you store them they have to physically have a place or really drag a log to its place. This would make it so all the in game decorations had use and purpose not just useless decoration. Like the firewood stack should be where villagers go to get wood. instead of the village worker teleporting his wood to the resource storage and then the villager automatically having access to it. Disable all the connected resource storage buildings cheeze too... That's the kind of real(ish)ism concepts I would like to see. Make villagers really use outhouse, wash tub, clothes lines, etc. I dont want stale items ingame most things shuyld be decaying if they arent being maintained. Like if you leave a log in the woods you shouldn't be able to come back 10 years later to a pristine log. More attention to the meta detail.

Make villagers have to actually eat and get food from proper places.
Technically, you want a different inventory system that would need the Devs to redo the whole game.

Food should be base on calorie so that some workers require more food water. Villagers should have a skill tree, be affected by temperature, get buffs/debuffs from food, Make it all more dynamic.
Again, you want to change the current system.

Back to the main topic. Basically I don't want to always have to sit through countless animations to progress the game but I also want the in game time to progress so it remains more balanced.
You don't have to if you have villagers doing most of the work. On the other hand, you should be doing what you like.
