The return of Quest Mode is what I have been waiting for. Since the announcement is light on details, I am still going to wait and see. But if it looks like it will keep me engaged for a long time, then I will buy.

You should at least wait until tomorrow because people usually work on thursdays :P

I should rephrase. I don't like people that abuse these religions to hurt others. You are fine to believe what you want to believe. As long as you aren't forcing it on others. But you don't.

Just culty enough to be an annoyance to everyday life though, not devout enough to be Jonestown culty.

The SFV artbook has an interview with the director of SF6. He states Laura is his favorite and would like to see her back. Hopefully, we get her in season 4.

I know someone like that who missed games like Vampire: The Masquerade just because it didn't have achievements, but BEGGED me to help him platinum games like Saints Row: Gat Out of Hell. It's simply the most miserable way to play games.

I've been gaming since the 70s, I have absolutely zero clue to why some are so interested in it, I'll never truly understand. I have tens of thousands of MS points due to achievements, not once did I ever even look to see from what. I play for the entertainment value, guess many need a pat on the back and to tell them how great they did.

I dont get it either, I never cared about achievements. I guess it is like some collection hobby for some people, I collect lego sets that I like, but that gives me tangible objects that make my house nice, whereas digital stuff like an achievement, I struggle to understand what that gives you.

Dear Anubis, i responded this in another thread someone talking about House Wars and instead I wanted to write you the letter instead. Funcom could have did PVP for you so much better . . . and here we go:


I'm betting many people during Beta suggested house wars. You remember how Alterac Valley was layed out it was mirror of both faction sides. The potential could have been so great here. DD is just too damned big and bland.

Imagine if there was established House capitals on both sides of the Desert and that was where their quartermasters were even access to bank. Now imagine a similiar NPC transport system like in Foundry that transits cargo from HQ to your base. Player would obviously have to invest in creating their transport or for hire option like how capitals are now people can hire taxi to start.

Skip all those islands cluttered with players bulding boxes building isn't the goal here. include various activities like Ashran in Warlords of Draenor in between along with thats where the ore nodes would be leading to the central area of the map where all the big spice blows are. Small trivial blows and crashed ships would still be accessable on route to solo and guild players alike. All the hard core action taking place in the bulk of center map. And you remember how in Wintergrasp in order for a faction to earn access to raid they had to win the pvp siege. I dunno how that would work different times a day reset maybe.

It's missed opportunity that's for sure and there is no fixing this sinking pile of crap from all the damage they did to cater to PVEEEErs.

I only quit when morons can't remove trapper nets.

Lets be honest here though. You're not going to stop playing over a nerf to an item that didn't exist for the first 9 years of this game. Any item that allows survivors to hinder the vision of the killer simply by pressing a button at their location is too much power. Something like that makes more sense to build up through the use of a perk like how you would get flash bang. For it to be an item was just ridiculous.

Why add a new item at all, only to nerf it in 2 weeks? I'm cool with charges, but only having 2 is ridiculously stupid. Newsflash there's 2 Killers that can hinder vision as their power. I thought it would like the 2v8 fog vial to be honest, but Survivors haven't gotten new gameplay in 9 years.
