I want to upgrade some of my Earth orbital hubs, I have 200+ boost, but the only option I have is to "build in space", while I would prefer to spend some boost and keep materials for refuel.

Initially I was able to upgrade one the hubs about 70% then this option disappeared, after loading the same save for other reasons the option is gone and I can't upgrade anything at all using boost.

Is it a bug or some game mechanic I don't know about?

2042 extraction was a half backed attempt to monetize trends. It can't be used to predict royale mode failure.

It's either this or you have a memory span of aquarium fish.
I HAD to tell you about failures of inserting extraction modes in previous battlefields.

Have you checked all squads inventories and HQ/warehouse items for the case? Do you still have this mission's marker?
