Even though my Card Catalog sports a completion rate of 100%, the card left of "Magic Spark" ("Other" category) isn't displayed ("Card not discovered."). It's just a minor bug; more importantly, though, I wanted to let other players know that - despite this display bug - all related in-game and Steam achievements can be earned without any issues ("Unlock 100% of all Catalogs" - in-game; "Other Tasks Achieved" - Steam).

No MM is perfect, No MM can make a Fair Game, not even SBMM, or LBMM, or even RBMM. Its not possible. A Proven way of explaining this is when Populations drop, it effects the MM, and causes it to Spiral. This has been seen in alot of games. In Destiny 2 Trials of Osiris the best of PVP there, if Trials dosnt get enough players, Players on their First game(Need 7 Wins to go to Lighthouse for Amazing Loot) Will be fighting Players on their 7th Game. How is that Fair? The Mode used SBMM and CardMM(CardMM is = to RBMM)

If you Look at how Rank Distribution is done, its why you see Bronze 3 can fight against Silver 3, and what happens alot in Ranked modes is when the Population Dips, the Higher Ranks are pulling from Lower Ranks. SO what Rank dose alot is it Hinders you(If you are playing good) so you can boost/carry people to fill the higher Ranks. And given that 18% of the Rank Players are in Bronze 3, while all other Ranks have less then 7%.

The only way to play MGS 2 & 3 on PC is MC VOL1 so....... but yeah MC VOL1 is the way to go on PC because: mods, mods everywhere.

Without mods it's just ports, with mods it's something differents, aside MGSHDFIX you have some mods to work with, maybe check the mods first and see If it's worth or not.
