If they have that mentality toward battlefield injuries, that they're grisly, gruesome, then - you have arteries in the legs and arms, why not bleed from them, too? They only have this mentality toward the chest injury, and to me this feels out of place. There are already a few forms of DOT in this game that we have tense gameplay moments trying to mitigate. Having a new one that causes unavoidable death, is a ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ addition to this game imo.

The problem is you're playing Deathslinger. He's a killer with no mobility, slower than average, and is 100% reliant on skillshots as maps get bigger and more cluttered. There's not much he can do unless the survivors really screw up.

He used to have a smaller terror-radius and the ability to quick-fire, but that was deemed "unfun" and was thus nerfed. So they basically nerfed the only strengths he had.

I don't like the new Pain Res + DMS meta, but on someone like Slinger I think it's justified. After that maybe throw in Pop or something to help in chase.

No, as far as games go, this is admittedly quite fun, but it's not quite battlefield to me. (it felt like... a slightly more fun call of duty?)

Map sizes feel a little too claustrophobic in what are supposed to be large scale theatres.

Gun customisation constraints feels a bit too much like call of duty.

I don't like the idea of splitting players between game lobbies for class restricted weapons and non-restricted weapons.

Price, I will not spend the amount of money required for newer games that demand that tiny bit more. The industry has many predatory practices and "double dipping" methods in so many games.

The enemy is kind of generic and uninspired, they're afraid to make a country "the bad guy" constantly. Though it's not necessarily bad and we'll have to see (or those who bought it will).

The continued push for the windows 11 requirements that I find obnoxious and controlling, far too much in the world affairs is being done in the names of "security" or for the sake of others to the detriment of many (including the supposed target parties) without my gaming being hit harder still.

♥♥♥♥ anti-cheat retroactively added or not, games can be found on Battlefield 4 and 1 and others still, seemingly an attempt to lower those playerbases for future titles if you're as cynical as myself.

i can't say much about wurm, but after looking at what you say, it's clear you're just lumping a whole bunch of stuff into the "bad" area that honestly has no reason to be there

But brother Würm still had a good idea when he said it wasn't okay to do. In case you didn't know it practically manifested itself as a slippery slope as it was all this entire time. I even talked about this like one month ago and certain industries are flat out evil now in what material they produce and ethics they cling onto.

That small fire became a big fire now and people are getting burned by it now, but even in the purely fictional sense it doesn't stop there because the blazing fiery depths of sin are still consuming people. Dark Angel a while ago also said that there were studies of online material being akin to real life as if you were an active participant in those sins, not in the physical sense, but completely bound in the mental and perhaps spiritual realm. With something like the creation of Ai chatbots I think that will be a reality very soon.

I still don't know what's on your mind specifically, but I would still advise against it because it clearly has evil roots and any small fire can turn into a big fire with time and ignorance of it.
