Currently the oldest i have found is 1985 - Silent Service

The Kings Quest Collection has Kings Quest I which I believe is from 1984. Although, the version included in the collection may be the "original version" (I haven't played it in a couple of years).

the first few king quest where 16 colors EGA games , the collection probably has the later VGA versions which where done in the 90's from what I see from these pictures,

Now oldest game in steam - "Sprint" from this bundle:

It is original ROM from arcade cabinet of 1976 year.

Also, in this bundle there is "Pong" (first release 1972), but it is modern programm reconstruction - original arcade didn`t contain ROM or code.

Chrono trigger, but the listed time it was released was on steam, not originally. Originally it was released in 1995. I guess your other game is probably older, but still it is a older game.

2018 was when it was released on steam. NOTE that this version is a bit different than the original version as it has added stuff in it.

Mendel Palace was made by gamefreak btw, which later became the pokemon company. This was before all that as their first NES game. Mendel Palace came out in 1989.
