How to trade keys here?!
I've got hold of a bunch of CD-Keys from old games I will never play. How can I trade them without being deleted instantly? They are CD keys so I cant redeem them without being stuck to my library. Anyone have any suggestions?

Join a trading group, eg. http://steamcommunity.com/groups/TradersGuild or google "Steam trading sites".

Well trading outside of the Trading window, is basically outside of the Trading policy of Steam
So i am not sure were you can do it
You can maybe try to look and see if there is a group for it on Steam, but its pretty risky over all

Right. You cannot trade keys within Steam's official trading mechanism, which means such trades are not covered by any of Steam's protections if you should be scammed. In fact there are no protections at all, so it is risky. But there are also ways to reduce the risks significantly. I have traded dozens of bundle keys and have never been scammed.

shove them to friends or give them away on websites like steamgifts.com and hope for good karma that you win stuff too or will get things from friends back in return.

This, never trade keys.

Listen to valve:

Trades to Never Accept

Trades involving CD Keys:

CD Keys cannot be added to the trade window or traded. CD Keys that are offered can be for a different game, fake, used or region restricted.

Additionally a lot of those bundle keys aren't allowed to be traded (they are for your use only). So if the bundle site finds out you traded them they could revoke them resulting in the other party accusing you of fraud which could potentially lead to your account being locked by Steam for fraudulent activity.

Basically any trading outside of the trading window (particularly in violation of the terms and conditions of either the bundle site OR steam) puts your entire account at risk. Keep this in mind for if you decide to do such trading (in addition to the fact you can't guarantee actually getting anything for your keys).

Bologna. Not only are you allowed to gift games from bundles, the sites have built-in mechanisms making it easy to do so.

So many nonsenses, wow
First off:

1. Trading bundle keys IS allowed, it was never forbidden to share them
2. Revoked cd keys-gifts doesnt result in fraud suspension nor does it put your account at risk. Making chargebacks can however.

Stop spreading misinformation when you have zero clue of what your talking about

You don't, if the game is not in your inventory then there is no way to trade that key on steam.

This depends on the bundle, actually.

Early Humble Bundles said that keys are for personal use only and not for gifting/trading. Meanwhile, Indie Gala 2, which ran at around the same time, explicitly allowed people to give individual keys to other people.

The keyword is on early. And even then they never went after people who shared it nor they revoked those keys.
