So i am not sure were you can do it
You can maybe try to look and see if there is a group for it on Steam, but its pretty risky over all
Listen to valve:

Basically any trading outside of the trading window (particularly in violation of the terms and conditions of either the bundle site OR steam) puts your entire account at risk. Keep this in mind for if you decide to do such trading (in addition to the fact you can't guarantee actually getting anything for your keys).
So many nonsenses, wow
First off:
1. Trading bundle keys IS allowed, it was never forbidden to share them
2. Revoked cd keys-gifts doesnt result in fraud suspension nor does it put your account at risk. Making chargebacks can however.
Stop spreading misinformation when you have zero clue of what your talking about
You don't, if the game is not in your inventory then there is no way to trade that key on steam.
Early Humble Bundles said that keys are for personal use only and not for gifting/trading. Meanwhile, Indie Gala 2, which ran at around the same time, explicitly allowed people to give individual keys to other people.
