There have never been any payments after delivery. First you paid, then Valve deliver. That has been since the beginning of Steam.

This isn't a function of Steam, it's a function of PayPal, and it's a fairly new feature too, within teh last few years. PayPal fronts the money for you and takes the payment from you two weeks after purchase. The vendor doesn't select whether or not to allow this feature, they get paid up front either way, PayPal does. Now, seeing as there is a HUGE loophole in terms of "delivery" being digital and YOU being able to choose not to download and petition for revocation of charges until you download the game, I think it's a pretty wise choice on PayPal's end to disallow digital delivery products from this feature.

I came here looking for an answer as well. I've used Pay After Delivery for some time now, and now when I attempt to purchase using PayPal, I don't see the option anymore

I'm going to contact PayPal, I see what they have to say. I'll post results here when I get the information

Any news here guys? Pay after delivery was SO useful when I wanted to get a game on sale or something when I don't have the dough at the time
