The 4 badges on our profiles

I am just curious about something. How come we aren't able to change those 4 badges on our profiles? Also, why can we not see or even pick the badges we want to feature .. such as Level 1 badges, Level 2 badges, Level 3 badges or Level 4 badges. Why are we not able to view those or use those on our profiles? We bought them right?? I want to be able to pick and choose from any badge that I have.

You can choose which badge is you featured badge in edit profile.

Not sure why the others cant be moved about though.

Wish they would let you be able to choose what 4 badges you want to display ... This doesn't seem like it would be a very hard fix ... We get all these badges and can't show some of our favorites or change them out to match our profiles when we want (they all just remain hidden except for 1 we can display) ... I think I will stop buying anymore badges until they make this right ...

and I agree ... we paid for all the badges level 1-5 and we should be able to keep them all ... I mean, how does that hurt steam making money ? ... IT DOESN'T !!!!

you click on any of your badges, and click 'feature on my profile' and then it'll appear as one of the four badges

Not as one of the 4 it will apper on the top i think..

Any way the 4 are abut the most recent once... i agree it will be nice if we can change them to what ever we want..
Even that every 10 levels you get a showcase you can show badges

(and i really highly agree with allowing to pick what level badge we want to show)

Yes, it's annoying. Especially that freaking Gem Maker badge staying on top ^-^

it will most likely move out of the first space after the winter sale will be over

No .. they aren't able to be changed ... wish there was some way it could be done b/c we pay for them so we should be able to pick and choose which badges we have showing on our profile.

Only my friends can view my profile .... if you look at the 4 badges on your profile .. they only show the latest upgrade to game badges .. you can't change those .. you can only change the showcase badges and the one single badge .. you don't have access to ALL the badges you have purchased ... that's what I am talking about ... being able to chose the 4 badges on your profile that is located on the right hand side of your profile page. Try to change those. You can't .. not possible .. I want to be able to pick and choose from ALL badges I have purchased.

Sorry .. when you purchase the trading cards and turn them in to get the badges .. We have to purchase all those trading cards in order to make a badge. I want to be able to view and select whichever badge I want in order to portray it on my profile page.

This annoys me and im a year into the future. Still no changes to this feature. I can't stand seeing the basic Community Ambassador and Gem Maker on my page. I would much rather show off my other shiny badges.

then use the badge showcase. the visual that is talked about here is the recent badge listing and that is the same for everyone and most likely will stay that way like .. forever.
