Is there free tradable items?
My friend said he would give me a tradable scrap in tf2 but then i realised that nothing in my account is tradable because i dont have a premium account. Is there any steam inventory items that i can trade that are free or if i can earn some in free to play games that are tradable.

there are no F2P games that give you tradable items, except for relic hunters zero, which you can get cards from.

nope, if you did not activate that game with an external key, then you will get no card drops.

free game = no card drops unless you invest money in it with microtransactions. since said game has nothing like this, if you simply install it from free store, you will not get any card drops but you might craft its boosterpack with gems.

The only tradeable things that most people give away are coupons

You don't need to have anything in your Steam wallet to buy a game. Buy a game that has trading cards and viola, tradable items.
TF2 items generated by the game for a free player are not tradeable. If that free player buys something in the Mann Co. store and unlocks the premium (full) account that way, or (I think) they get a premium gift from someone else, all their items become tradeable (and they also get other benefits). Tradable items traded to a free player remain tradeable.
