At 14, you still have a SSN and if you have a qualifying income, you still have to pay taxes.
They DO have a very LEGAL obligation to report user transactions to the IRS once they reach a certain threshold, being that they are a US company. What they don't need to do is let you use the Steam market. That is a privilege, not a right.
please help i dont think my parents would be comfortable giving someone my SSN forget about doing it online
You don't have to fill out the form. Just wait until January 1st to sell again.
