Am I Community banned?
I posted a review for Mirror, which was later taken down by a steam moderator for violating the rules, although I'm not sure which one. I wanted to post another review for the DLC but got told I am community banned. I couldn't find anything on my profile so where can I see 1) The duration of my ban? 2) The reason for my ban?

Thats just a ban from that game developer, if your posting here then I'd say that sounds like some 3rd party mod under Mirror is removing bad reviews and chances are you didnt violate any rules simply because I never even heard of any rules on reviews existing to start with.

So I'd say, ya you got banned on Mirrors forum area but not to shocking, while very few games do it, some game developers remove bad reviews and they normally do it to only get good reviews and the like. Its extremely rare but it happens sadly.
Do note, in addition to what Lustrous Spirit says above, if it is the case you posted a sincere and honest review and you suspect it was purely taken down because it was bad and nothing to do with a breach of the rules, you can report that moderator for breaking the rules and indeed you should.

Devs cant remove Reviews. They can, like every user, flag them and if they are against the rules, a moderator will eventually remove them. And of course there are rules in place for reviews. I flagged some reviews in the past years and almost all of them got removed (spoilers, attacking the devs etc)
Under my review, it says:
"This review has been banned by a Steam moderator for violating the Steam Terms of Service. It cannot be modified by the reviewer."
But it doesn't go into details about what part it violated, and it also doesn't say anything about my ban.
1. with a community ban you would not be able to interact in any way with everything on steamcommunity.com

2. the dev might have banned you on the game hub, if so, you would have received a moderation message about this. please note that they do not really need any valid reason to do this.

partially correct, dev flags are publicly noted with a red bar above the review and text that mentions that the dev flagged the review for moderation.
the same red bar is also still present if a review was banned by moderation with text mentioning that it was banned by moderation.

reviews itself are not even removed if that happens, just the content is and due to the ban flag, the review is excluded from metrics.

Check your community messages on the right side under "YOUR FORUM ACCOUNT". You should have received moderator message about your ban.

Where can I see the moderation message? From the link you provided I don't see anything.
I got "There are no community messages to display at this time.“ So I'm guessing the mirror devs banned me without a message, seeing as I can't post a review for their DLC either.
Ok so I tried to post a review for another game by a different developer, but it also says I can't due to the community ban. This is very confusing, since the ban stops me from posting reviews but doesn't stop me from participating in the forums. What makes matters worse is that there is nothing in my email or any notification to tell me why, or when I am banned. Does anyone know anything related so I can find out?
There is a cooldown for posting reviews after you get a review ban

the length depends on how many reviews you have that have been banned give it a day and try again.

Would be nice if the cooldown gave a different message but thats life

Could try contacting Steam Support and ask for information about which rule you broke.

This is just the usual removal message, based on a report which was upheld by Support.

Without knowing what you wrote, we can't comment directly but common reasons are:

- It could be because your review was far too short - two to three words don't count - spam essentially

- Off-topic. Spam

- Not nonconstructive - a rant or it totally went off the rails

OR and this one catches people out all the time:

- you reviewed the developer and not the game. Non-crit and spam again

Edit: Note, you can't actually know who submitted the report; it could've easily been just a user and not the devs. Reviews get reported by users all the time, and since they appear on the front of the store page, Support takes action pretty quick.

This is how I wrote the review:
---------------------------------

The good:
Art and animation is pretty solid, around 8/10 for H scenes, but probably only 5 or 6 for ecchi/lewd.

Gameplay is amazing, its just your average connect 3 but it feels well polished and diverse, but the actual good design is how accessable it is to try different ending/pathways, so no annoying save and reloads.

Price: Very cheap, less than £1 if you get it whilst on sale, and for what its worth its totally worth.

Story and character: A dIverse set of characters so it is not as targeted towards a specific taste, but it will likely have something for you. The backstory is definitely interesting and the world building rich, but don't expect any actual "plot" to develop.

Music: Very very good, it captures and sets the atmosphere perfectly, although it does lack variation at times, but the pieces they have are wonderful.

The bad:
Voice acting, whilst not atrocious, certainly sounds "amateurish", both in the moans during H-scenes and the normal conversation, which slightly ruins the immersion.

Sound effects:
This one actually is atrocious, it is not done well at all, and even awkward silence would be better than this fake and cringe sound effect.

The extremely bad:
Hooooly ♥♥♥♥ was it a pain in the ass to get the uncensored patch. In the first place, there is no longer a restriction on the censoring, so the dev's have no reason to not add a patch note that removes the censor. And also, out of all the ways to censor, why the ♥♥♥♥ did they think it was a good idea to censor with a rabbit and a flower??? Long story short, if you are on windows use this: {LINK REMOVED}, and pray to Jesus it works for you, because if it doesn't then my only recommended step is deleting the game and taking the L.
-------------------------------------------
I suspect the reason is either:
1) Going into too much detail about the H scenes (which doesn't make much sense since it is a H game?
2) Posting a link to the patch, I thought it was ok since the top review posted the same link I did
3) Too much criticism near the end

But anyways I'm not that interested in the reason I was banned but more the duration of the ban, since I don't now where to look for those information.
It was the swearing at the end and the removed link. (Edited for more info) It was mostly fine up until that point. It's not because it was too harsh - it's the way and tone in which you chose to convey that criticism.

It was rightly reported and removed.
