Note. Steam or just about any company worth it's salt WILL NEVER contact you through a 3rd party and then tell you to join a discord. Also anyone can make their name on discord/steam whatever they want, does not make it the real deal.

he will never talk to you, he does no Steam support, for that they have 1000+ people that are not even really working at Valve and are mostly unknown.
no one at Valve that is publicly known to work for them will ever contact you personally and if Steam support wants to have a chat, they will suspend your account with the notice to contact Steam support.
the ticket system is the only way to interact with Steam support.
