How do I report people younger than 13 on Steam?
<title>

It breaks Steam ToS, I want to report an Account and get the person permanently suspended. How do I do it? Where do I go?

Use the report button.

That being said, don’t you have something better to do? How do you prove it? Why do you care? Guess my two kids should be afraid.

It breaks the Terms of Service huh, youre no stranger to this, how exactly can you prove someone is under the age of 13?

Why "people"?, shouldnt this be one user you have in mind (someone)?
You can report them on their Profile, please dont abuse this though.
Bit slow..

Unless you have actual real world proof that they're a) the owner of the account and b) demonstrably younger than legal, don't bother.

Actually this does not violate the ToS . It says those younger than 13 years old cannot create an account. There's nothing against a parent/guardian creating the account for a minor.
Wouldn't waste time since you can't prove that this person is younger than 13 years old. Or if it's theirs anyways.

Why would you want that?
And who should care about that you want that?
What if someone wants your account to be suspended?

Permanently suspended for being under 13? That is so weird......

You don't. Simple as that. There is no way to know who is how old.

And as mentioned. It is not illegal or against the ToS. It just means they can't create the account but they can use an account created for them by a parent/guardian.

Someone under 13 years old CAN in fact use a Steam account. You have to be 13 years old for legal purposes to *create* an account. What restrictions parents choose to put on those accounts, is their choice. In fact, Steam actually encourages parents to create accounts for their children.

Given OP's post history, I would say you're right.

I have two grandkids with accounts 7 and 8.

Let me guess. You're 13. And this guy at school stole the girl you REALLY wanted to take the dance. So you thought, "Hey! I'll show him" and you're now going to try to get his steam account suspended.

LMFAO at your stupidity and obvious childish nature.

He's probably 42 and got owned by a 10 year old on csgo.

you don't, it is not a reason for a report. parental permission overrides this and it is not a law Valve tries to comply with, it is a legal "endorsement" for Valve to protect themselves from a law. one thing f.e. and easy for you to understand why any Steam agreement mentions "13 years" is to make themselves legally invulnerable to COPPA[en.wikipedia.org]. if the kid lies or a parent gives permission the whole 13 year thing is completely irrelevant.

same with age ratings on games. 10 year old jimmy is allowed to play his call of duty if mommy buys it.
