Your login ID that you use to login to Steam and that only you can see can NOT be changed...EVER. Also, you should never share your login ID with anyone else and your community ID should not be the same as your login name.
click on edit profile and change it to whatever
otherwise Steam has not saved any name of you as contact information. if you meant something else, then you need to be more precise in describing your issue.

@OP did you submit your tax info? the one to remove the 200 item limit on the market? then you need to resubmit that.

please note that if you entered completely wrong/fake data there the first time that you might receive sanctions for doing so, because that was legally illegal.
