A good day is one where I don't hurt too much. If my spinal pain isn't too much that I can put it out of mind, and kidneys aren't giving me issues, and no migraine to speak of, this means I can do a bit of work and get stuff done.
If things are bad then that's largely the opposite - things are hurting and preventing me from doing much. So that either means lay up and do something in bed, or go to sleep and rest.
Somewhere in between and I'll make it up as I go along.
most of the time its just nothing.
not good, or bad.. but then again its quiet, and i do like me some quiet.
Bad day: I'm in pain or dead.
