Split Emoticon Lists: Favorites to use for Chat/Comments

For those of us that collect emoticons for whtever reasons (we just like them/emoticon art/etc.) it becomes quite a problem having so many when using chat and comments. Not only does it feel like a Hidden Object search to find the ones you want ot use, but I am to the point now that I am no longer able to see ALL my emoticons on the screen for the chat pop up. AT least 2-3 rows are no off the screen for me.

There needs to be a more reasonable way to use emoticons.

I suggest that we be allowed to create a "Favorites" list of 10, 25, 50, 100, or whatever number of emoticons that we can use for chat and comments. This way the ones we want to use most will always be easy to find. Either they get put at the top of our emoticon list, or we can have anotehr icon (ie. a star) to click on in chat windows and comments to see those we have designated as "Favorites".

Thanks. I really hope they do something to help making emotes more easy to use.

I also would like it if they would change the comment character limit back to 1000 from 800! Actually i'd like to see it raisd to 1500-2000. It says it is 1000 when you go over, but it definitely isn't. I know this because I use the Mosaticon Tool to make emote art and it counts the characters. Steam won't let you post the art unless it is under 800 characters.
