STEAM WALLET MINIMUM OF $5.00..... AND OTHER CURRENCIES?
Well first of all I do not care that you have a minimum of $5.00 to be able to use the community market(or buy an actual steam product).
The problem is that the minimum purchase of steam wallet for other currency per example (200PHP) is 4 point something Dollars which is obviously below the $5.00!
What I want to say is that if you want a minimum of $5 you should have a Wallet sale which will equal to $5.00 for other currencies. I was not happy when I figured I need to load two 200Php(around $8-9 which is $4 more than the minimum) in order to buy in steam market community.

The minimum purchase requirement isn't tied to the wallet tiers. As you can purchase games that also meet said requirements

Since currency rates shift it's not possible to absolutely tie the USD rate to a minimum Wallet purchase.

Every country has its own market place and currency doesn't it?

What I want to propose it that atleast they change the minimum Steam Wallet. I dont care if they lower the requirement or increase the local currency minimum. I just want to make it possible to purchase in the Steam community directly rather thatn do pre-requisites. They still earn to the steam community so I cant see a problem to that.

In our country we the minimum which is below the $5 which wont let us buy in steam community, in order for us the buy the only available in our country is almost $9. Don't you find it unfair in a way?

Are those cards the only option to pay for steam purchases in PH? Otherwise you may be able to just buy something for 5$ via e.g. paypal and circumvent this.

that sounds like they are making you pay a currency conversion for no reason.

I think you could buy from a merchant which sell a dollar steam wallet but it will no longer be wise since they would just bill you additional charges.
