I really like Esperanto, so I'll second that.

its like they drop they ball somewhere.
what if i want to learn japaness why not grant it if game support it in tekst, with whatever voice game support. ( why do they make it way more complicated then it is. )
I hope and think that this was meant ironically
Have you ever visited an international (or national) Esperanto meeting? :P
Though, Esperanto is the only language of all the previously named ones, which atleast at some point got teached in school and still is teached in some schools.
With about 2 million speakers, it's quite a big one, I would say. (And there are always thousands of people who are not counted in, as you know)
Besides that, Esperato is easier than any (spoken) language.
High Valyrian and such are pretty damn cool, I give it that. But Esperanto is used for international communication. There are also some people not knowing any English, but speaking Esperanto. That's something some people should be aware of.
Also, a previous comment about "No native speakers of Esperanto" is technically wrong. There are people learning it from birth on as their second mother tounge, and even then there are villages and cities (even here in Germany), where people regulary speak Esperanto. Some are even (ridiculous enough) to teach their children how to speak Esperanto only without any German or other languages at all. Now how are they supposed to interact with such platforms?
Eh, but I am not really complaining. I mean, they have enough forums and such. I am just interested in artificial and any other languages, so I would like to see those in such platforms and all games.
I am against the extreme regulation of everything which is even the slightest important. Such as languages or even the whole battle of Steam against EGL, for example. Why not create an universal Platform where everything is available? The whole dividing between GOG, Uplay, etc. gets on my nerves.
I might be too conservative to let things drift away from another...
That said, Valve should allow the developers to submit a language for inclusion in the list or allow them to enter a custom one. I'm with you on that.
Signed up? Are you speaking of Duolingo or something like that? (Then the next question would be, how many speak such make believe languages fluently? That's something which is totally unsure, I believe.)
Nontheless, I really would like something like greenlight, where people can vote for a language. It should be regulated, but not striktly, that's what I meant above.
Oh, and I don't see this as a discussion about who is right or wrong. I just openly talk about what I think. I am just clarifying that, if anyone persumed that I would go for a discussion. Therefor I hope we can keep up the good conversation atmosphere if anything else needs to be said.
