Weird icon of PC with lady legs on every achievement page on steam

I recently re-installed Windows and Steam and now every achievement page looks like this: http://i.imgur.com/alWe0WO.png

Does anyone know why this is and how I can fix it?

is that in only in steam client or also in your webbrowser?

i saw this post and your picture when you posted it and looked around for a while but couldn't find anything. it's strange.
try removing steam and reinstall?

Yeah, I've tried a reinstall with no luck. Very bizzare. Very annoying.

it's like you are getting placeholders because steam can't link to the pictures source.
have you installed anything recently that could cause that to happen?

Just gave this a shot. No luck.

I should also comment that the achievement pictures are there, I just didn't include that bit in my screenshot.

Forgive me for asking here but did you actually UNINSTALL Steam before REINSTALLING it and reboot between just in case ?

Warning !!!...You need to do this a special way to not lose your games but maybe you know that already.
