Steam crashes without errors!!

I'am using windows 7 64-bit and have played around 60 hours of Dota2 without crashes..but now suddenly my steam client is crashing while in game and also while out of the game(while browsing stuff in the client) i re-installed my OS..worked fine for about 3 games then the same problem started..have updated my graphics and sound drivers..still no help..i don't know what the problem is..steam support is not replying to my problem..can anyone help me here? it'll be really great..

yeah i have refreshed steam files..that's the first thing steam support tells us to do..but it dint help me..!! and by saying take time to replay as in i should play with intervals of 1 or 2 days or something?

update pc and gfx driver from amd ....

and with 2 steam game says your profile ... dont know dota but anyway is save game back them up

delete all games and steam reinstall steam first .... reboot .... reinstall games...
the reboot is for do system accept steam now

i have tried disabling my antivirus..i use AVG..in fact i've even uninstalled it just to test the issue..it did not help..also i have Visual studio installed..but my client crashed prior to VS installation also..

okay i'll try this..just confirming..i wont have to download Dota2 again if i back it up? and also i don't think i'am having a problem with the game..its my steam client that silently crashes in the background causing Dota2 to crash along with it

i also have already updated my graphics and sound drivers!!

i have tried adminitrator rights too..and i don't have clientregistry.blob or clientregistry folder..how much time does it take for stean support to reply? And thanks anywayd..i really appreciate your help bro!!
