i got a link saying if i give 25 people this link http://steam-gift-cards.com/?user=d210dc then i will get a 50$ gift card. is it a scam?

Don't fall for them. It's a cruel and twisted ploy to have at innocent people who are tricked into believing these kinds of things. :v
