Rocket League not launching

I have been searching the internet for 8 hours now trying to find a fix!!!! I can't find anything at all the game seems like it's going to start and it opens a tab but it has a white screen. after about 15 seconds it just closes.... I have tried soooo sooo many things. if you can help at all please help I really love this game and I would love to play it again!

You should always be asking game related questions in that game's forum here.

And pro tip - you're going to need to provide SOME info for people to go on. You've provided nothing. Nobody can give you an answer based on your post.

System specs, exact details step by step of what is happening, and so on.

Explain the details on Rocket League's forum and the better the evidence you give them the better the likely answers.

okay, That's the thing is There is no information that it gives me. I know nothing about PC's and I just want to play my game. the best info I have is I click launch and it launches the game for a second but it just loads a white screen and then closes never opens the game

As I said, please ask that in that game's forum. Not here.

If you can't describe much, describe it as much as you can. And you WILL need your specs.

Your PCs specifications - what CPU it has (and what speed, how many cores), your graphics card, how much memory, hard drives and so on.

You can find this data by pressing and holding the Windows key and pressing R. In the box that comes up enter the following followed by Enter.
dxdiag

You'll see a window come up that details a lot of your specs, but you also need to check the second tab for the graphics card details.

steam -> help -> system information.

in the new window that shows up you can rightlick -> copy all text to clipboard. you can then paste that as a comment if someone asks for specs.
