If you can't describe much, describe it as much as you can. And you WILL need your specs.
You can find this data by pressing and holding the Windows key and pressing R. In the box that comes up enter the following followed by Enter.

You'll see a window come up that details a lot of your specs, but you also need to check the second tab for the graphics card details.

in the new window that shows up you can rightlick -> copy all text to clipboard. you can then paste that as a comment if someone asks for specs.
