Report a translation problem
If the problem still perisits then check your anitvirus suite to make sure it's not quaratining anything to do with the game or steam. If it is, then make exceptions for those files.
I've already tried to verify the game files, and my antivirus suite expired a while ago, so it shouldn't be interfering with any files. I'll check it just to be sure
Clearly shows the file in the Depot. Not sure what nonsense you are talking about.
Open the Steamclient, click Help in the top menu bar, then System Information, copy all text from that window and post it into this thread.
bet is on antivirus nuking the executable.

Did some research and found a few reports of some users still loosing their "Executable" for the game out of the blue, thanks to steam. To save you the headache from becoming an unlucky victim, I'd recommend you download warframe the regular way like I did. https://warframe.com/
