You can uninstall the soundtracks in Control Panel, search them as if they were an app.
Thats because this thread is from YEARS ago and the service doesn't work in the same way. It's now used only for internal songs bought from Steam.
Someone will be along in a minute to say this thread was very old and they'll close it to reduce confusion, which in THIS case is probably actually justified!
A) If the sounds track is included in base game, there nothing can do about it, but delete the files, or leave it.
B) If the sound track is a DLC, you literally go to your library, select the game, manage DLC, and untick the box for the soundtrack.
C) If soundtrack is standalone download, you just uninstall it like you would uninstall your games.
