The 730 is considerably lower performance than the GTX480 - which is the recomended minimum spec, so I think you will have difficulty with that GPU

check here http://www.tomshardware.co.uk/gpu-hierarchy,review-33383.html

Shows the Cards in order of performance :)

Shows Radeon Cards as well, which may be a better budget option, just pick one that's equal to or higher up than the 480

Not even remotely. The minimum GTX 480 is more than three times faster than the GT 730.
thanks for the tips guys. I planned the build for games like DoD, CS:GO, Red Orchestra 2 etc

Will run DoD and CS:GO, but will struggle with Red Orchestra 2.

At least get a 750Ti if it has to be that cheap.

I have wolfenstein the Old Blood I wonder if it will struggle too

I have DOOM and The Old Blood, and I also have the GT 730. The GPU runs playable on DOOM, but really well on The Old Blood. The only difference is I have 2GB VRAM.

Don't buy AMD crap. I always hear the AMD people complain in TS about low FPS, low performance, things looking weird, etc.

Have been running AMD CPUs and GPUs since a whole while for myself, years ago when AMD was actually good. But they lost to Intel and NVidia over time.

4gb of gddr5 or dont bother games are hogging more every year

pro tip benchmarks are the ♥♥♥♥ let linus and others test the gtx 1070 vs the rx 480 to get the most bang for your buck i havent had an amd card in almost 10 years but this year they are running smaller chips and might catch up to the compeditors. that said the gtx 1070 hits the market june 10th

nVidia are due to release the 1060, which is supposed to match the 970/980 performance wise, but with a low price, to compete with the rx480, cannot find much info on it yet though.

I do agree with you on the GPU's, but I have never had issues with my AMD CPU's and only switched a couple of years ago because Intel chips are just too Damn expensive for anything decent.
please, please, please just save your money and buy a GTX 750Ti for $100 and work with that, or wait for cheaper 10 series cards from Nvidia. I know budgets are a thing, but the 730 is a little underkill. Save yourself some money and let it pay off.

I agree with what others said, you don't need to spent lot's of money. Get an overclocked GTX 750 Ti, you can get those around $100. They're standard overclocked and run a bit faster then the normal GTX 750 Ti. Due to the overclocking, the run games a bit better and the card is faster then the needed GTX 480. You can of course also look for a second hand GTX 760 or 770.
