Report a translation problem
They link to a Valve employee, but the person you will talk to on Discord is not the person who owns the profile or even a Valve employee.
It is a common scam.
Report all involved users with the option on their profile, then block and delete them from your friend list.
Then move on with your life.
The most logical thing is to laugh at this sad attempt. Reports won't get you banned if you didn't do anything wrong. Wrong reports are ignored.
On the other side, the user probably never filed a report, he just wants you to believe it so you take action upon it to 'clear up' stuff. Thing is, the one you're contacting is not a steam admin.
Steam / valve staff will never directly contact you , especially not on discord or steam chat. They just take action, and you have to contact them yourself by using the support ticket system.

I had this exact scam again just a few days ago but luckily I was smart enough to deal with it.
