Can I buy this Cute Steam Characters in Points Shop?

Does anyone know if you can buy this cute steam characters in the Point Shop? Point Shop doesn't have a Search button and the shop itself has been flooded with games that I don't even play.

I can't say for sure if those Valve characters are somewhere in the points shop, but that's probably just going to mean searching.

Those were part of the regular sales promotion, so you could start to see if there's anything realted to that.

thats the community market, not the points shop.

those "characters" are used on certain old/deprecated error/confirm/empty pages on Steam since 2012/13 when a redesign happened beforehand and those items were from one of the first sales that involved items
nothing prior to 2020 is in the point shop, except the animated blob characters, which became default emotes at some point in the recent 2-3 years.
