Important:

I get banned for no reasons and you do nothing about it, and I couldn't even do anything yesterday bc of temp cooldown
Get more reliable Internet if you're pro. Or don't be pro.

You are always in control of your own cooldown level after tier 1. Get a cooldown, then allow it to.....you know.......cool down.

If you ignore your cooldown tier, then the times increase and eventually stack. There is absolutley no reason whatsoever, no excuse at all, to ever have a higher than tier 1 cooldown.

Understand how the system works.
Control your own cooldowns always. Problem solved.

your internet connection is your responsibility. even when a nuclear bomb hits your area and shuts down all electricity, your responsibility.

24 hours is at least your second coolddown in a short amount of time. responsible people never get more then the 30minute cooldown
