how to level up with gems
before 2 weeks i post another forum something about how to be level 10 for free and someone really nice gave me 2000 gems for free :D and today i got the gems (he don't have a phone so i had to w8) and ik i need to create booster pack and i have 3 in the badge of rl so i need 3 more so if i buy that booster pack will i get the 3 that i need or 3 random even if i have them? and he told me that i can be lev 10 with the gems that he gave me but i forgot how and im only lev 4 so i can be only around level 5-6 this way plz help me, sorry for my english btw xD

sack gems, sell the sacks. use money to buy complete cheap cardsets.

what you want to do is completely inefficient.
