Please, I really need help and tried everything..and I still cannot connect my xbox one controller with the Controller Adapter for Windows 10

I tried everything, but somehow nothing is working and I am still getting a code (39) -> "Windows cannot load the device driver for this hardware. The driver may be corrupted or missing. (Code 39)" It use to work fine with no issues then one day it just stopped. Here are the steps I have did so far and still getting the same issue..

- Automatically looked for the latest drivers software and it determines I have the latest driver

- Manually looked for the latest driver version, I took the proper steps following another link how to properly do this. After installing it still did not work

- I disabled the driver, got nothing after then enabling it

- I uninstalled driver then reinstalled and of course nothing

- I even called a PC technician who came over and fiddled with my PC for (2) hours and could nto fix it. There goes $70

- Tried diff USB ports

My PC is windows 10. Processor Intel(R) Core(TM) i7-6700K CPU @ 4.00GHz, 4001 Mhz, 4 Core(s), 8 Logical Processor(s). X64 based

The normal Xbox one controller, also When I just plug in the xbox controller using the cable still does not work and getting a code 39

that other thread probably only works when you use the wireless receiver.

I tried this before and it did not work, I thank u for the time though :/
