HELP !!! Recovering my account

This is my second account. When there was an email on MARCH 25 of recent changes of my account i miss the notification only today i realize that my other account has been stolen so i tried to recover the account but all the email and mobile no. is change and there is 1 VAC on CSGO on my account when i check it so i click i no longer access that email and mobile it said my aacount is self locking. when i tried it angain it said unexpected error so if i try to unlock my account the link of unlocking will send it to the hacker email. this is so confusing. i can proof that this is account so how can i talk to steam customer.

the first step in recovering your account is not the be logged into any other account.

the help wizard for account recovery even tells you that.

Your prior record of cheating doesn't really matter for this.

By going through the standard account recovery process. Log out, and you'll see the options.

I suggest following the instructions in the help article instead of repeatedly clicking different links from the email that do entirely different things. You locked the account already. Good. Now stop trying the same thing and start the recovery process described in the support article.

if you do not know your account name(the thing you should have used multiple times in the past to login into Steam), then just enter multiple times anything that does not exist. you can then proceed without any account name or whatever.

♥♥♥♥ i just found out that i hv exceeded the number of allowed recovery. but try ur method to enter wrong one anfmd theres option to enter account name i think i wil try it again later

So instead of giving up and quitting, you need to follow the directions on the screen right in front of you. Enter the last known email associated with the account. when that fails, instead of giving up and quitting or starting over, try continuing the process providing the next thing it asks you for. Keep providing the correct information you have as you are asked for it. There is no reason for you to just give up and quit the process as many times as you have done so. Once you've exhausted all of these self-recovery options, you'll be given the option to create a ticked.
