there are no (official) steam leveling bots , they are third party just like the scraptf bots
if you meant steam gifts. that should be pretty much dead. Steam gifts are not tradable, except a few exceptions from old multipack concepts.
I genuinely don't think you understand what this means.
i can have tons of friends who testify im an honest and nice person , and admitedly , i never scammed someone (the oposite , when i once was 5 ref short in a trade and the guy gave me the item anyway i later send him the 5 ref ) , that wouldnt stop me from taking a gift from someone begging to make a trade thats not supported , i could right now go to my name change it to "free item bot #12" take items from you or other things and then block you
bots can never be trustworthy , i used some as well for trading tf2 items and no matter how trustworthy a bot or user appears , never trade things you cant fit into 1 trade window (also the only reason to use a tf2 bot is so you dont have to select 80 ref manually and instead let the bot make the trade )
you realize you are at a disadvantage in a trade like that right ? you would have to give the "bot" items and hope he gives you a game in return , he could just accept your trade and stop responding , and thne you cant even get help from steam as you traded outside the trade window
