Trade Offer Black Screen? :: Help and Tips

Trade Offer Black Screen?

When ever I open a trade offer, the screen is black, however if I trade with someone through a game, such as TF2, the trade offer works, any solution to this? I already restarted my PC this has been going on for several days now

Clear your steam browser cache and cookies.

It can happen when some software (AV or FW) is interfering with the client...

Test it in a web browser and see if it's the same issue.

What type of software can conflict with steam? I don't have antivirus
