How can I block certain players from subscribing to my Steam Workshop item?

Helm’s Deep Reborn mod always gets stolen and reuploaded as fake versions by trolls. I really wish there was a way to block certain people (for instance those in my blocked list) so they cant download my Steam Workshop item.

EDIT: Hello, please help report a major misunderstanding done by Valve. Someone stole Helm's Deep Reborn and uploaded to Steam Workshop: https://steamcommunity.com/sharedfiles/filedetails/?id=- then Valve deleted my mod: https://steamcommunity.com/sharedfiles/filedetails/?id=121068229 even though I am the creator. Please help report the mod by clicking the "flag icon" under screenshots and make a ticket to Steam Support. Please help restore Helm's Deep Reborn to me, I need everyone's help on this so ask your friends as well, thank you. I have worked 10 years on Helm's Deep Reborn (since 2008).

Helm’s Deep Reborn for L4D2 no doubt the mod that has been reuploaded the most times by other players, I’ve spent so much time reporting other players. And it’s always the same person reuploading and in many cases lie that they’ve asked for permission even though no one has ever asked me for permission. There have also been cases where they create a fake account with same name and thumbnail, impersonate me. Would also be nice to be able to block certain servers ip and not just players steam id.

You can't, unless you make the item private. Then no one can subscribe to it.

I am not sure if there is a friends only option, but I don't think there is.

Hmm... The L4D2 Workshop has a friends only option.

I can see the posted date. It's clear you are the original author, if you are. I think you should keep it up, and visible for everyone. Don't let them distract you. We can always take their versions down, if the need arises.

Your version is guaranteed to stay, as long as you support it.

I´ve seen enough good mods removed because of it.

Btw. You are pretty famous for it. I´m certain most will see through their charade.

I can see wanting to stop users from commenting, but I don't think blocking them from downloading the mod would be appropriate or doable as they can simply use another account to download the mod with.

Did you receive any information on why the mod was deleted?
Have you contacted any of the other authors that worked with you on this project?
Is your project still available on the 3rd mapping party site, or have you ever uploaded it to this site?

He did counter dmca even though he don't have copyright nor did he made it and I don't have money for laywer. He then added back copyrighted music.

This is a very odd situation. I'm not sure how to deal with something like this.

Can you see the link above this text? The original is still on Steam which I uploaded 2013 but it has a red warning saying its only visible to me.

There must be some other way to solve this fued you seem to be having peacefully.
