Not really. Also quiet pointless since there are so many ways to manipulate game time on Steam.
There are users with 10k hours of playtime in games that they never touched and so on.

People just idle games or get hours in other ways so its hard to tell.

I hate to break it to you but everyone has idled time, if you left a game running to get some food, go out somewhere, went to the bathroom ect you have idled hours.

That list is a load of ♥♥♥♥ im sitting on 280 hours currently and i should be in the top 7th place based on this list alone (i chose valheim for specific game)
