Im using remote desktop included in the windows os to try and play games on my PC from my Laptop. Im experiencing really bad lag just at idle. Suggestions are welcomed.

yeah ... that feature was not meant for live streaming games.

that thing is not designed to play games like that so no fix and never will be, try the steam streaming as our friend above says.

thats remote access for you, its rarely fluid unless under very specific situations (not to mention, there are much better remote access software)

either way, you are not going to be able to get any half decent gaming performance trying to play remotely like that, that is not what remote access software is deisgned for and even if it was your laptop likely just won't be able to keep up..

instead, just find some less resource intensive games and install them directly on the laptop

Have you tried this instead?

Not sure if you are playing through the internet, but if you are, that will always have issues due to high latency.
