Withdrawing funds from game sales to bank account

Hi, we are about to upload our game to Steam in a month, we are from Uruguay. I wonder how the process of withdrawing the funds from the sales to a bank account work? I don't see any option for adding a bank account. Or is it just possible to link any VISA/Master debig card from our current bank account in our country?

My understanding is that you are required to add such infromation when making a developer account to sell the game. The money is released to the account after X period of time (there may be an amount limit as well, but I could be mistaken).

no money from sales will ever land on any Steam account. this goes directly to a valid bank account.
