Most likely not.
Any software that deals with 3D graphics is going to struggle without a dedicated graphics card.

Here are the minimum specs from the store page :

SYSTEM REQUIREMENTS
MINIMUM:
Requires a 64-bit processor and operating system
OS: Windows 7 or later
Processor: 2.6 GHz Dual Core or similar
Memory: 4 GB RAM
Graphics: GeForce GTX 500 series or similar
DirectX: Version 11
Network: Broadband Internet connection
Storage: 3 GB available space
Additional Notes: 64-bit operating system is required

You can use this site and compare your hardware and check to see if your PC can play a game, such as this.

https://www.userbenchmark.com/PCBuilder

It has a pretty good compare feature. Also, while the GPU is important, it's by far not the only thing to consider when looking at specs.

Finally, there are different "Intel HD" GPU devices, so knowing the exact model can help. But looks like the minimum for this game is a GTX 500, so I don't think your PC can play this game.

So not true. There are really good integrated graphic units like the Vega that the Ryzen 2200G uses. It is comparable to the GT 1030.

Also Intel HD can do most games at lower settings and resolution just fine.

Highly depending on the actual iGPU in question. Also iGPU uses system Dram as VRAM.

I was not aware of this. Thanks for the information.

My mistake then.

Let's try to get the OP to post his or her specs :

OP, go to Help in the top of Steam. Then, system information.

Right click on the new window, "select all", then copy and paste all of that here, please.

List your COMPLETE specs when posting these types of threads.

Hopefully some more memory can be allocated in the bios, if capable enough.

The memory can be adjusted via the registry as i was able to do this on a few laptops.
Via the BIOS, only if it allows it.

Looks like OP edited some of the specs into the title post. Would have been better to use the "system information" method, as then we could also maybe see if it is a laptop, what the operating system is, etc.

But here is a comparison for the desktop 4400 on userbenchmark with that of a GTX 560 :

https://gpu.userbenchmark.com/Compare/Intel-HD-4400-Desktop-115-GHz-vs-Nvidia-GTX-560/m8064vs3155

And the mobile 4400 :

Well a 2014 dual-core CPU that has a GPU on-die chip would be a capable desktop chip.
https://ark.intel.com/content/www/us/en/ark/products/77489/intel-core-i3-4160t-processor-3m-cache-3-10-ghz.html

They are capable but limited compared to the counter-part.

I think you are right. Looks like we need more information, perhaps. I guess we can "assume" the OS is 64 bit since OP says he or she has 8 GB of RAM, and the game runs on anything Windows 7 or later.

Just seems it would be better to know if it is a desktop or laptop, from what I can tell. Thanks.

Hoping the OP does shed some light and no worries.

This. I have an Intel HD Graphics and it's very hard to run 3D games. You can do with some isometric 3D-ish games (like Rise of Nations), but in general it's best suited for 2D and text games, some browser games also

I CAN run games like Amnesia and Outlast, but they get sluggish (like 30 or 40 FPS), I don't consider it a quality gameplay experience so I don't bother playing those
