Pro tip: Take a long thorough walk through the settings. If theres something that can be found, you'll find it this way. Stuff like store preferences is also there, albeit behind a link.
As for "how to use", everything is rather self-explanatory. And if you really insist on explanations, theres a support page for every Steam feature.
All links to Greenlight were removed from the Steam interface, but the pages still exist. :-)

then there were official groups, that were simply an other form of groups
and then official groups got reworked into game hubs.
when you "follow a game" you are essentially joining a group.
remnants of the old group pages can still be access and they also provide info that a game hub doesn't
