IF THE GAME HAS FOR YOU TO VIEW
for most games this will not be the case

wild guess:
you wanna circumvent your VAC ban?
a cd key wont help you with that issue.

Most games don't give you the option to see the cd-key once it's added to the account for those that do you need to go to your Steam library > right click on the game > and View CD-key, (if it has the option).

Most games don't have the cd key visible as it is not needed for anything. For some older games it's as wuddih said.

If you're looking for the cd key for Rainbow Six: Siege, there's none since the game is connected to your Ubisoft account. If it's asking for a key, you're not signed to the Ubisoft account the game is associated with.
