And I don't even see an antivirus, so did you mean Windows Defender above ? Is that what you disabled ?
I would first uninstall qBitTorrent, restart your computer, then verify the game files again. Then, see if that works.
If not, move on to uninstalling the others. AMD External Events Utility should also be checked for, in msconfig under Services or Startup tab.
Doesnt mean they are missing.
What happens with the games?

If i remember right, you needed a tool to get files.
As in crashing to desktop when trying to load a mission.
I would suspect qBitTorrent first and foremost. You don't seem to have replied to my post above concerning that list, or what antivirus you were using when you said you disabled the antivirus.
