You can’t.

Get faster 802.11ac Wi-Fi or lay a cat 5e or better cable to your 64-bit PC.
Ok.

steam does not download seperate versions, you downloaded a 64bit games on a 32bit operating system. just move the files over since you claim to know how to be able to do that.
I saw this on another thread to do this on steam cmd

Just how you download any other game. However, 32-bit PC's can't run 64-bit programs. You'll get an error message if you try to.
I know that's why I need help
Like I said before, you can’t.
Ok.
I see you said you know how to move the games. Be sure you also copy over the .acf files, found in the steamapps folder for the respective games. You'll need those also, to keep this simple.
Well I guess I have to wait 5 hours or 5 days to play rust
Ok thanks :)
Didn't know that

The easy thing is just copy the whole steamapps folder. Unless there is a space issue on the other computer compared to this one. Then, you launch Steam and the same games will be installed on that other computer.
Yea
