How do I download 64 bit games on a 32 bit pc
My internet speed is faster where my 32 bit pc is so I was wondering if I could download my games there and then move them over to my other (64) computer I already know how to move games , but I'm trying to get rust on windows 7 32 bit and it says platform not supported. Please help

You can’t.

Get faster 802.11ac Wi-Fi or lay a cat 5e or better cable to your 64-bit PC.

steam does not download seperate versions, you downloaded a 64bit games on a 32bit operating system. just move the files over since you claim to know how to be able to do that.

Just how you download any other game. However, 32-bit PC's can't run 64-bit programs. You'll get an error message if you try to.

I see you said you know how to move the games. Be sure you also copy over the .acf files, found in the steamapps folder for the respective games. You'll need those also, to keep this simple.

The easy thing is just copy the whole steamapps folder. Unless there is a space issue on the other computer compared to this one. Then, you launch Steam and the same games will be installed on that other computer.
