How to get a refund to my bank account?

I recently purchased a game by steam wallet money.The game is not working,so I want to get a refund,but not to my steam wallet but to my bank account.

PS- I did requested a refund but it was to the steam wallet,so I cancelled it,don't know how to change the refund medium.

I'm not sure if you can do such a thing since Valve would think of it as a way for you to continously put money into your bank account by selling items on the market.

It shows the dropdown menu option to choose where to send the refund to, right under the date of purchase and the game.

Not showing any drop box when I am doing the refund process. It's like, it won't let you change it.

you cannot refund something to an external payment method that you paid with your wallet.

Steam is not a bank.

You have two options. The original payment method that was used, or the Steam wallet.

If, for any reason, Steam is unable to issue a refund via your initial payment method, your Steam Wallet will be credited the full amount. If you bought the game using Steam Wallet, then it won't allow you to refund to bank account. I think it also depends on your region, but I am not sure.
