Be sure the resolution is correct and that you upload artwork because some people stuff pictures into their Screenshots folders

When you upload a long artwork on steam there are some extra things you need to do. You must upload it on your browser. Go to your Artwork and Upload Artwork. There choose the long Artwork and pres F12 on your keyboard and a new window will open. On the top choose Console and paste this in: document.getElementsByName("image_width")[0].value = 999999;document.getElementsByName("image_height")[0].value = 1;

Once you've pasted it in the console press ENTER and close it. Then save it. :)

Did you get this fixed? Because I'm having the same problem and I can't find a way to fix it
