Why i can't sell my account?
What is the logic behind this?
===================
This is a perfect waste of money - not selling your account. What if i have invested ♥♥♥♥ ton of money in vidgames (cuz they are expensive af), decide to stop playing and i cant sell all this, which is MINE? I dont get this...

Read the TOS. You don't own the games on your account. Valve owns them, you're only renting them.

Why is this a one time option? I cant refun after some time playing/owning the game

Steam doesn't sell games, it sells licenses that give you permission to download and play the games.

Obviously they don't want you to sell your account because Valve and the publishers wouldn't make any money from that transaction. Publishers have never liked used games cutting into their profits, even since long before Steam existed. So you can't transfer any of your games to someone else, but in exchange, Steam has better sales. If the publishers had to worry about people selling their accounts left and right, then they would never agree to participate in any sales.

Account selling is against the TOS. So there is no need to discuss further more ....

This aint fair... However, i checked and we cant withdraw the game at all (or the product or whatever)

That basically is not fair m8.

Valve also does not own the majority of games on Steam. And you are not renting them.
You acquire licenses to use them within the terms of these licenses. Some are even transferrable.
However, licenses that enable you to use Steam's services for those games are NOT transferrable. They are also different from the actual game licenses.
And to make matters even more complicated all your inventory items are also just licensed. Those licenses are transferrable, too, although Valve does not acknowledge transfers outside of the means provided by them (trading, marketplace).
