You have to waste 10 minutes at least for the ranked matches and still, they are just one-sided. Obviously, the devs are faking that they have really good software that is taking its time to really seek players of equal MMR, but all it can do is limit the cheaters just a bit cos most of them are depressed people who are losing patience very quickly. Aside from that, there are any differences when it's seeking for 1-2 minutes or 10. There's absolute matchmaking software in this game, only the devs over-greed in selling overpriced skins (mostly very old).

Game issues have nothing to do with the main Steam forums. Either create a thread in the game forum or be stay and wait much longer until a Paladins player arrives to help you.

also pointless to discuss this. globally 5k players, the latest surge of players correlates with a twitch campaign, so that can be ignored. matchmaking actually considering an experience/skill metric is expected to take long.

few times i tryed takes so much time to find a match
paladins is a old game with small community if compareted on others famous pvp games like apex

Pardon me, but if the excuse is "it's a small community, why a way smaller time for Quick Play!? And is not "cos the game is seeking better matchmaking" cos the results are just a little better than in QP.
And for those feeling but-hurt "that isn't something you can post on Steam", Paladins is a Steam game and queue-times is part of a game experience.
