If you have done refunds very recently, the system may flag your account and delay refunds as its a possible indicator the account is compromised.
As noted, refunds are 'usually' fairly quick, but since every situation is different its impossible to know why yours is taking longer.
it took a couple of days for my recent one
with the sale going on, they will see an increase in returns and things will take a bit longer
